Safety Department

We take great pride in doing things "by the book." We have a zero tolerance policy regarding drugs and alcohol in the workplace, and all of our employees are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen, as well as submit to random and post-accident testing.

We employ a full-time Safety Management professional who is actively involved in coaching, teaching and training in addition to job site inspections. Our construction methodologies are in compliance with OSHA standards, and when in doubt, we go the extra mile to insure that our job sites are injury free!

We're proud to have received our national trade association's highest level "safety rating" -- the Gold Level -- every year for several years running.

We maintain required records and reports, and our written Safety Policy is readily available for customer review. Our Safety Committee is state-certified, which has qualified us for a substantial reduction in our workers' compensation insurance premiums.
