Many contractors minimize project management in an effort to reduce their overhead. We've learned that the best way to do it right the first time is to provide an appropriate amount of instruction, training and supervision. Our approach to job site management is a model for our industry.

Drawing on their own field experience, our operations management team personally oversees all of our field operations activities. They are assisted by a team of highly qualified Project Managers who, in turn, supervise a cadre of talented Site Superintendents who manage individual projects on a day-to-day basis. It might appear to cost us more to supervise the projects as we do, but we've discovered that these costs are easily recovered when we achieve the cost-savings associated with accelerated schedules, when we avoid mistakes and the need for re-works, and when we're consistently able to respond to field change orders in a timely manner.
