Through the use of our own customized cost-plus bidding system, we are able to identify the hard costs and to advise you on how to utilize the best construction approach at the lowest possible cost.

We use a team approach to preparing and reviewing estimates. Each project team includes an Estimator, Project Manager, and Take-off Technician assigned to specific customers.
